Mii Statement Gel is the brand name for their gel polish. We are often asked if this is the same as Shellac. However, our answer will always be that they are two different brands using different techniques of application with different strength of polish.

Our clients always find that Mii Gel has a stronger protection giving longer lasting results.

Although they are both a form of gel varnish we have had experience with both brands and strongly believe in Mii Statement Gel to give a flawless finish leaving our clients with stronger nails.

How to help your Mii Gel Manicure last for 2-3 weeks.

- Apply Cuticle oil to your Cuticles everyday to help pro long your Mii Gel & keep your nails healthy and hydrated.

- Do not file your nails unless absolutely necessary when wearing Mii Gel, but If you do always file gently and finish in a downward direction.

- Avoid as much as possible coming into contact with products which contain solvent oils, some insect repellents and sun creams contain this.

- We recommend booking in no longer than 3 weeks after your Mii Gel manicure for a Mii Gel Refresh manicure & a soak off or just a soak off to keep your natural nails in good condition and to ensure no damage to the natural nail. We DO NOT recommend picking off your Mii Gel as this will damage the natural nail.
