Hair Bare ProfessionalTM is most effective on fluffy peach fuzz hair.

This alkaline hair removal treatment is the perfect choice if you’re looking to give your skin a boost. An alkaline solution is used to break down and dissolve dead skin cells, excess oil, and impurities from the surface of your skin. Your skin is left looking and feeling smoother, with a more even tone. It is particularly good for clients dealing with acne or hyperpigmentation. The alkaline wash delves deep into the pores, giving you a thorough cleansing experience that simply cannot be achieved through traditional exfoliation methods.

Aftercare

Do not sunbathe or have a sunbed for 14 days before or after treatment.

Do not apply makeup unless a mineral makeup for 24 hours after treatment.

Do not use products with AHA or acids for 7 days before and after treatment.

It is very important to keep skin hydrated before and after treatment.

Use the Stop It after treatment twice a day, not only to help supress the hair growth, but also to calm and hydrate the skin.

Always continue with sunscreen, minimum spf 30.

Be gentle with skin after treatment, DO NOT rub or pull the skin as this can tear the skin.

If skin is hot after treatment, it should calm down within a few hours, if it’s still hot apply wet, cold flannels and gently pat on skin. DO NOT rub.

You can use calamine cream if irritated, or if needed the chemist may advice anti-histamine.

If any hairs are left, gently pull out with tweezers. Do not use any other form of hair removal for at least 14 days after.

Treatments should be 14 days apart for the first 3 treatments, then every 3 weeks until end of course.

Dryness, redness and some scabbing may occur post-treatment. These are normal, do not pick. Any concerns call the salon.

You can combine Laser and Electrolysis with your treatment, but be careful not to overlap.

If your medical health changes at any time during your treatment let your therapist know.
